Lance Cayko

Lance Cayko is a dynamic architect, entrepreneur, builder, lecturer, and podcaster with a rich background in design, construction, and real estate development. As co-founder and partner of F9 Productions Inc., based in Longmont, Colorado, he leads a top-tier design-build firm specializing in single-family homes, multi-family residences, and boutique commercial projects. His journey began with hands-on construction experience across various trades, followed by an A.A.S. in Building Construction Technology from North Dakota State College of Science. He later earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design and a Master of Architecture from North Dakota State University, graduating at the top of his class with the prestigious McKenzie Thesis Award.

Since co-founding F9 Productions in 2009 with Alex Gore, Lance has grown the firm into a regional leader, renowned for innovative designs and exceptional client service.
