Ukraine strikes in Crimea destroyed a key railway junction used for supplying Russian troops and a military airbase on Tuesday August 16th.
Explosions and fires started at an ammunition depot in Crimea on Tuesday in the second suspected Ukrainian attack in a week, forcing the evacuation of more than 3,000 people. And ammo depot and another airbase were hit.
This shows Ukraine is able to carry out attacks deep behind enemy lines.
